We produce TopTipToys products from natural wood to offer you and your children better quality, healthier, more natural, more entertaining toys that improve your child's reasoning skills.

Returns and exchange details
Buyer must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order for any issues. Once we both agreed to return the merchandise to us, buyer must ship within 14 calendar days with a tracking number. If it's lost in transit without a tracking number, we are not responsible for the refund.

Shipping
Your orders will be delivered through the shipping company. If you prefer faster delivery methods, please contact us.
Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the item being transported. For International Shipping Service, we are not responsible for package lost or damaged in transit. However, if you contact us, we will try to help you get rid of your grievances by contacting the shipping company for a solution.

All products at TopTipToys are handmade in Turkey. We have collaborations with our craftsmen who produce handmade toys for the production stages.

TopTipToys is currently only available on Etsy! Starting in January 2023, TopTipToys has been working to breathe new life into previously loved wooden toys.
