Custom and personalised orders
Yes I accept them. Please contact me with your request.
When will my order ship?
My processing time is up to 5 working days. Each item is made to order. I do have rush making and rush shipping upgrades.
When will my item arrive?
UK - within 1-2 days.
USA/Canada - within 5-10 days normally, but could be longer depending on busy periods, or events totally out of my control.
Europe - within 3-7 days.
Australia - 8-15 days.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry is giftboxed, with tissue, and a personalised note card if one is requested, and posted in a box.
How do I find my Tracking Number?
This will be in the Purchase and Reviews Section in your Etsy Account. For orders outside of the UK, you can track your package by copying/paste the tracking number into the postal company website of your Country.
Making and Shipping Times
Making time - please allow 1 week making time.
Rush making - I have a rush making upgrade that moves your order to the front of my workbook and orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Upgrades can be purchased in my shop.

- all orders are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
- "Special Delivery" is available as an upgrade at checkout.
Worldwide
- all orders are sent with Tracking & Insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping. No signature is required.
Express Delivery with UPS. Available to USA/Canada only.
Item is delivered 2-3 days after posting.
Resizing of Jewelry
Bangles in Sterling Silver can be resized. The cost is 10% of the item's value plus return postage to yourself (UK - £4.50, USA £9.65). I will set up a custom listing once I have recieved the item, for this amount to be paid.
Rings in Sterling Silver without a gemstone can be resized, same resizing costs as bangles above. Rings in Sterling Silver with a gemstone, please contact me to discuss whether resizing is possible.
Return postage to Tudorlily is at the customers expense.
