Custom and personalized orders
Special custom orders:
Special custom orders include any items that are not in standard stock on the Two Tone Jewelry website or e-Bay store; or items that have been changed under special request of the customer; such as changing the color of the gold, changing stones, alteration of item’s look or shape. Special custom orders which include all wedding bands are final sale therefore not refundable.
