How do I rush my order?

When will my order ship? How long is your production time?
Our production time is 3-5 days, so usually we ship out each order within 3-5 days after order received. If you have an earlier need by date, we offer a few different rush options. Please send us a convo if you need your order rushed.
How do your shipping timeframes work?
Standard Shipping: 15-30 Days(there maybe some more days delay because of global epidemic effect)
Fast Shipping: 3-7 Days
What is your maximum length for embroidery?
The maximum length for embroidery is 4.3''(11cm). Due to limited space, we recommend no more than 8 letters per item. The longer the name, the smaller it will be.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns unless if they arrived damaged or you received a different item than ordered.
[What if it did arrive damaged or I received a different item than ordered?]
First of, all we are sorry if that is the case! If you receive a damaged or different item than ordered, you have 5 days after receiving the item to let us know about the issue. We will happily replace the product at no charge within those 5 days.
[What if I approved a proof incorrectly?]
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally approve a proof incorrectly, we will redo the order for you at extra 10% off the final cost.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order within 4 hours after it is placed. We do our best to provide the fastest service, so production will start as soon as we get your order.
I'm about to receive my package but I've been told I need to pay taxes first what should I do?
💟We are not responsible for the buyer's duties, Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But Generally speaking, some countries in Europe, Canada and South America will charge tariffs, which are collected by etsy on behalf of us. We do not do after-sales service for tariff issues. Please check whether there are tariffs in your own country before purchase💟
If I buy multiple items, do I need to place separate orders?
💟If you buy multiple bags of the same color, you can directly select the quantity of that color and then leave a message for all the engraving content and engraving design.
If you buy multiple bags but different colors, you can write down what you need for this color for each color Add all the engraving content and design to the shopping cart, then continue to purchase additional colors and finally pay together.
If it is a different address, it must be placed separately💟
