Our wigs are made of the best quality heat resistant fiber, you can style, curl, steam and wash. Please do not color, this will damage your wig.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within those 14 days before sending your return. The buyer pays return shipping; we recommend a tracked and insured service.

To be accepted for a refund, the wig must be returned unworn, with the lace fully intact and uncut, and in its original packaging. The wig must not be coloured, washed or styled, and must not smell of perfume or smoke. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a full refund: we will deduct the loss in value, which may be up to the full purchase price.

Custom-made wigs are non-refundable unless faulty.

What type of hair do you use?

All of my wigs are made with 100% human hair. The hair is ethically sourced from Brazil.

No, you do not need to glue or tape your wig. Our completely glueless cap construction ensures a secure fit without adhesive products. The adjustable straps provide a custom fit, while the carefully crafted hairline and sideburns remain in place for a natural look.

The longevity of your wig will depend on how well you take care after,your wig, how often you are wearing them and if you use the right caring products.
Wigs can last for years, but if you are wearing them daily, they can last anywhere between 9-18 months.

Yes, below you will find instructions for washing and styling synthetic hair:To wash1. Carefully comb the hairpiece with a comb or brush.Work from bottom to top.2. Make a solution of about 1 liter of cold water and 20ml mild shampoo.3. Leave the hairpiece in the solution for 10 minutes. Notrubbing or wringing this can cause the hair to loosentangles.4. Always check the contour edges carefully for makeup residue, for example.5. Remove the hair from the bath and rinse with cold water.Let the hairpiece air dry

As with any hair that is chemically treated, it will begin to fade and dull slightly over time. Please contact me of your wig needs a celour refresh.

Yes, this is possible, but if you like to wear curls, I recommend purchasing a curly wig.Frequent use of heat tools can damage the hair in the long runTo curl1. Set the curling iron to a maximum of 180 degrees and wait until itgets warm.2. Grab a small section of hair.3. Turn the curling iron on and wait 8 to 10 seconds.4.. All of my wigs can be worn glue-less. The adjustable straps at the back of the cap and a wig grip should be more than enough to keep your wig in place. But depending on the individual’s head shape, sometimes glue or tape is necessary/ preferred for extra security.
