5 out of 5 starsI've been eyeing up this particular phone case for YEARS, and when my brand of phone went off the list, I just decided I wasn't buying another phone case ever again - however after my previous one basically fell apart in my hands, I bit the bullet and messaged the seller. And to say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. Now the phone case is sitting perfectly on my Google Pixel 6a (ancient I know) and I can't stop looking at it. It's beautiful, the quality is fantastic and even my partner who never notices anything commented how much he loves it. I'll definitely be buying more because I feel an obsession coming on. Can you make this item but with different text/words/colors?
Most of the time, yes! Send us a message through Etsy and let us know what you have in mind.
I ordered multiple items but part of my order is missing?
Depending on the products ordered or depending on current stock, we may use different print providers. Therefore there could me more than one tracking number. I will do my best to send you additional tracking information in these cases. Not all products are shipped together.
I received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, what now?
This rarely happens, but please send us a message and include a photo so we can make it right! Our production partners warranty the item within the first 30 days, so don't delay contacting us!
I ordered by accident, can I cancel my order?
We get started on your product as soon as you order. If you contact us within a couple of hours I will do my best to cancel production. Once an order has reached production it is out of my control. No refunds will be available for accidental orders.
I ordered the wrong model of phone case, now what?
Unfortunately this does happen! While it saddens us to see, we are not responsible for incorrect orders. Please do reach out to us and we'll send you a discount code to purchase the correct model.
Etsy shows your shop is based out of Idaho, so why does it show a different shipping location?
While Etsy requires us to list where WE are based from, we partner with a few global production companies which allows us to offer a wide variety of phone models. So depending on which model of phone you order, it will ship from USA, UK, Germany, etc. Also keep in mind if you order different models on the same order, you may receive separate packages. Reach out if you have any questions!
Some listing show different models to choose from, what if I need something that is not in the list?
While it is difficult to maintain every listing when something changes, just shoot us a message through Etsy with what you need and I'll quickly update that listing. I can offer many more models of phone cases than what is shown.
Are your cases 3D with raised elements?
No! This is an image printed on a flat surface. I do my best to describe this in the listing photos and descriptions. Any use of the term "3D" is to reflect the image being printed. However the case itself is a smooth flat surface. There is no real wood, resin, lace, embroidery, fabric, or any other material in the finished product.
