We don't ship to International locations. Orders shipping to APO's, Hawaii and Alaska will to reviewed due to the increased cost to ship to those locations. The customer will be contacted, if the shipping profile doesn't cover our increased cost.

Most of our wood listings are based on actual sizes, per lumber industry standards. Please research Dimensions of Lumber for more details on the web.

Example: A 2" x 10" nominal board is about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" x 9 1/4" after planing and sanding.

It is solid pine wood.

The deepest wood that we can purchase is 11 1/4" deep.

We cannot be responsible for changes in shipping addresses after the order was entered. We will make every attempt, but Etsy's conversation system does not link to the existing orders. We will probably not be able to redirect your order. Therefore, we will not be responsible for delays in shipment, or any increase in cost that is incurred due to redirecting the shipment.

Please read the listing description closely. Our listing photo may have multiple shelves to help you visualize the finished product after it is installed. But the listing description governs the number of shelves included on the listing.

The wood which we purchase comes from a member of the Certified Forestry Initiative. It is grown and produced with sustainable practices employed. It is basically construction grade pine wood.

It has character, depth, and warmth. It may have robust growth rings, wane, knots, some twisting and marginal bowing. We don't source our products from Home Depot. We differentiate ourselves from the majority of the shops on Etsy.
However, we don't offer "distressed" wood. We don't beat our items with chains, nails, hammers, wood files, etc. in an effort to make our wood look "used". We can't develop an "used" look that we like with this abusive practice.

We can not be responsible for items left at your shipping location that are misplaced, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. We lose control of your order when we turn it over to the carrier.

If you feel that a signature is required on your package to verify that you received it, please contract us prior to shipment. And additional charge will be imposed.

Refused shipments or returned due to incorrect address will be assessed a 20% restock fee plus the return shipping expense if the items are in resalable condition. The restock will be higher if the items are damaged in transit, or opened and not repacked properly.

A craftsman told me long ago that "Wood is Wood". Each piece has it's own personality. Some boards accept stain more readily than others. Some boards have more aggressive growth rings than others. Some have more knots than others. And some stain lots will vary from others. That adds to the great personality of our rustic wood. Please be aware that there will be variations from one board to another in your order. And your order may differ from the listing photo.

The unstained selection is unstained and may have some un-sanded areas, It is for the customer that wants to finish the wood with the stain color that matches other wood pieces in their space.

No warranties are expressed or implied. We reserve the right to change products and specifications at any time without notice.

You must request return. We will send you an RGA number with timeline. Without an RGA number, we will not process a credit. Stain color variations are normal in rustic wood, so that will not be considered for return requests. Also, wood that falls within #2 lumber specifications will not be eligible for returns.

A 30% restock charge will be imposed on items returned undamaged. Damaged goods will not be eligible for a return credit. You will be responsible for the freight expense on the returned item, and we will not reimburse you for the outbound freight.

Cancellations received past the 6 hour time frame that have "special circumstances" may be honored with a 20% cancellation fee.
