We try to include a category based size guide in image format with all our listings. If you don’t see any in the listing photo box (5th position), that’s because of the maximum number image restriction.

We are open to custom orders and we get tempted when challenged by our customers. Special orders for custom designs, based on your ideas, or even modifications and adaptations of any of our listings can be placed upon request – please feel free to convo us.

[] UNIQUENESS STRIKES MASSIVENESS []
Each item is unique carrying the personal “signature” of the artist and cannot be identical to each other. We pay tribute to individuality.

We currently accept payments only through the PayPal Secure System.

[] SETTLEMENT DELAYS []
We offer a 3 day space as a flexible option to effect payment of your order. Pending account settlement on the 4th day implies order cancellation and relisting of the item(s) ordered.

[] CANCELLATIONS []
Cancellations are applicable within twelve (12) hours after purchase at most and under the condition that the order has not been forwarded to the post office. In this case we fully rebate the total value paid through reverse transaction.

We ship worldwide and offer three options. See below a rough estimation of delivery times per shipping method for each geo zone.
One of these shipping options is always assigned to each listing (usually 1&2).
Days refer to working days & working days are Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped from Greece).

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal services, security or customs checking or by Force Major. Of course, if such delay occurs, we will do our best to provide the buyer with any updates available from the postal service.

[] HANDLING TIME []
Our handling time varies from 1 to 5 business days (from payment receipt) depending on stock availability, production schedule and handicraft work-flow of custom orders. However, we take all possible steps to ship the regular orders promptly.

If you reside outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes - these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any import duties applied by customs of your country even if you request “gift” marking. Gift marking is a practice that we typically don’t line with. In case of registered value (insurance), odds are that the package will be checked and cleared through. If a shipment is rejected because of customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer will be fully responsible for any fee incurred, including international shipment and handling.

We love to be flexible and we suggest you to send us any special shipping requests (prior to check out), provided that the preset option is an issue for you.
>>> Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is a service that helps both sides to validate the whole sale process especially when reclaim or return issues come up. We share the extra cost of this service for just 0.60 € per package (Final value subjects to currency exchange rates on the day of transaction).

We accept returns within 3 days after the collection of your order provided that:
1. The item (/s) is in its initial condition with no damages or parts' losses (in salable condition).
2. The item is not customized
3. You ship the item back within 7 days after collection.
4. You are willing to bear the return shipment cost.
Should you meet all of the above conditions, we refund both in money or item exchange.

1. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post.
2. Please keep the delivery receipt documentation safe, we may ask you to provide us with a copy.
3. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. Convo your queries & doubts before placing your order so that we advise you in return.
