To fulfill your order, please provide us with certain information (the one you authorize Etsy to pass and divulge to the seller) including your name, email address, postal address, payment information as well as details of the product you order.

To provide us with additional personal information (for customization purposes, for example), please contact us directly.

We act on a number of legal bases when collecting, using and sharing your personal information, including:

we use your information to duly fulfill your order, settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
we use your information after you have provided your affirmative consent (revocable at any time) by signing up for our mailing list;

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and under limited circumstances, including the following:

Etsy. We share information with Etsy to provide you with our best services as well as to comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties such as delivery companies to perform particular functions and provide services to our shop. We might share your personal information with these third parties, however only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. In case we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, however only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information in case we believe it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to a legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

We retain your personal information only for the period of time necessary to provide you with our services as described in this Privacy Policy.

However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.

If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complaint. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Disputes about parcels
In case you haven’t received your order within 6 months, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will immediately send a request to the delivery service for them to start looking for your parcel.

Above mentioned cases are rare, however we kindly ask you to track your order using your track order at all times. If you fail to receive your parcel within 30+days at your indicated address, contact us promptly.

Within 6 months from the exact day your parcel was sent, in the event the parcel was lost upon the fault of the delivery service, we wouldn’t be able to reimburse the cost of the lost item.
