What is your leading time and shipping time
Usually, general painting leading time is around 7 days, if custom painting, leading time is 2 weeks. shipping time is 4 to 5 days by Express, 15 days by air post。(Except for special periods）
How to pack the painting, rolled up, framed, or stretched?
generally is rolled up in a tube, if you need framed or stretched, please contact me
What about Returns & exchanges policy
i would like to accept the return or exchange, but don't accept the return or exchange without any reasonable reason after we send it out, if you receive different item, fake item or damaged item, i'm gladly accept returns or exchanges, and afford the return or exchange shipping charge for you, (or you keep the item, i send new one or send full refund to you). before shipping i will send you photos for confirmation, if still want to return or exchange without any reasonable reason (just you don't like it or change your mind) , please afford half cost of this order. (because it's handmade art, hardly resell it to others,and we have paid high shipping cost to your address), then i will accept your return or exchange
