Will my unfinished sign/letters be ready to paint?
Yes! We sand each and every name/letter before shipping so that it is ready for you to get your artistic vibe on!!
What size do you recommend for over a crib?
We have a super handy over the crib sizing chart in our listing photos, but here are some helpful tips!!
A crib is usually 51" wide.
Our smaller signs (12", 18", 20") are great if you are creating a gallery wall above the crib.
Our 24"-34" signs are perfect for centering over the crib and maybe even adding some accent flowers around it.
Our 42"-48" signs are perfect in a large room or if you want it to be the focal point!
How do I hang my sign?
We recommend using heavy duty mounting tape or hanging on nails/screws through the loops of the letters.
When will my name sign ship?
All script names ship within 5 business days! Shipping can take up to 5 days.
If a proof is requested we will wait for your approval before shipping.
Can I see what my name will look like before I order?
Absolutely! Visit vandermiles.com to quickly preview your name in all of our fonts at once. Signs will be cut with all characters and dots attached unless otherwise noted. If you would like to see how the characters will be connected when cut please feel free to message us for a free proof.
What if my sign arrives broken?
Always open your package as soon as possible so you can make sure it arrived safely. If your item is broken please take pictures of the broken sign in the box, including all packaging materials. We will also need pictures of the outside of the box, closeup of the damage, and the label. Please message us immediately and send us the photos. We will then file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a new sign or issue a refund if needed.
