How can I hang my picture frames?
With any product purchased from our store, you will receive an instruction manual as well as the required number of screws and wall plugs for its wall installation. The gallery sets also come with a full-size paper template to help you hang your frames with ease, exactly as advertised.
Do you use regular glass or plastic?
In all of our picture frames, we use a material called plexiglass. It is unbreakable and also much safer to use. Ordinary glass is fragile and can be easily damaged during delivery. It is also sharp which can be dangerous if you are not careful or if you have children at home. (Please be sure to remove the protective film from both sides of the plexiglass; otherwise, your images may look scratched and blurred).
What if my order arrives damaged?
We try to pack each order as securely as possible. However, sometimes a part of your order may unfortunately arrive damaged. In this case, take photos of the damaged frame(s), the packaging and the shipping label (this information will help us a lot in filing a claim with the carrier company). Then contact us with the photos and we will immediately send you a replacement.
Do your products require special care?
Our items do not require special care, nor do they have an expiration date. Our products will serve you for decades and even your descendants will be able to admire their quality!
What should I do if I am not sure about the dimensions of the item?
If you have any questions about the dimensions of the product or the pictures you want to use, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help you. All frames in our store are sized by the image they will hold. For example, if your photo is 5x7", you would need an 5x7" frame.
What materials do you use to make your products?
All of our products are made in Europe and the main frame material is MDF. In other products (e.g., key holders or clothespin frames), elements made of metal, fiberboard, hardboard, ceramics, plastic, burlap, veneer and twine are also used. Our brand exports products to many countries around the world, so all the materials we use are certified, non-toxic and stink-free.
