This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from Venus Complete, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. You can review Etsy’s Privacy Policy for more information about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, Etsy provides me with certain information, such as your name, email address, shipping address, order details and payment status. Etsy processes payment information directly, and I do not receive your full payment card details.

For personalized or custom orders, you may also provide additional information such as names, dates, photos, wording, coordinates, business information or other personalization details needed to create your item.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I use your information only as needed to:

* fulfill and ship your order
* create personalized or custom products
* provide customer support
* communicate with you about your order
* resolve disputes or issues
* comply with legal, tax and business obligations
* follow Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use

I do not use buyer information for marketing unless you have given clear consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I share customer information only in limited circumstances:

* Etsy: as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
* Shipping and delivery providers: such as USPS or other shipping services, only as needed to ship your order.
* Service providers: if needed to help operate my business, such as email, bookkeeping, tax, production or storage services.
* Legal compliance: if required to respond to legal process, government requests, fraud prevention, disputes, claims, or to protect the rights, property and safety of my business, customers or others.
* Business transfers: if I sell or merge my business, customer information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, only as permitted by law.

Data Retention

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, comply with legal and tax obligations and maintain business records. Most order information is retained within Etsy. Any personalization details or customer communications kept outside Etsy are retained only as needed for order fulfillment, customer service, legal, tax, or business record purposes.

Transfers of Personal Information

I am based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Etsy or service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have different privacy and data protection laws than your location. When applicable, transfers are handled through Etsy, service providers, or other safeguards recognized under applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent was previously provided.
