Delivery dates are estimates and are usually accurate. However, on rare occasions, some items may be delayed. This is not considered a valid reason for a return, but we will do everything we can to assist you if your item is delayed.

If the package is returned to us, we can resend the order, but you will be charged one unit of postage depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund as we do not reuse prints. Once removed from the tube and repackaged, they are no longer in pristine condition and cannot be sent out again.

If you contact us right after placing the order, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the design or print. However, if the printing process has already started, no changes can be made.
