5 out of 5 starsI bought this ring in May, and it arrived promptly. It fits a little loosely, although I had my finger measured during a hot day, so the sizing may be the reason. After wearing it all day, every day, it has developed a couple of tiny scratches. I’ve started taking it off for chores, which should help prevent further marks. Overall, I’m happy with the ring

When will my order arrive?
All UK orders are posted via 2nd Class Signed For delivery and should arrive within 3-5 days after dispatch.
Dispatch time varies depending on if we have the ring in stock or if we need to make the ring for you. The dispatch time is stated within the listing's 'Estimated Arrival' section. Please feel very welcome to contact us if you need the ring sooner.
International orders are disptached via an International Tracked service for your peace of mind. Please note, some countrys' local couriers can delay the delivery time due to ongoing COVID-19 related issues. The dispatch time and estimated delivery can be found within the listing's 'Estimated Arrival' section.
What materials are your jewellery made from?
Most of our jewellery is made from either Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel.
We ensure that every listing will tell you what the item is made from and if you have any queries please feel welcome to contacting us.
Can I return my order for an exchange or return?
Sure. You are very welcome to return the item. We offer a 30 day returns policy.
Please contact us to arrange the return and ensure the item has not been used.
Buyer is responsible for all return costs.
Do you engrave your jewellery?
We do not offer an engraving service. However, most items are engraveable. If you would like to know if a specific item is engraveable please contact us before ordering.
How to I know which size ring I need?
All of our rings are shown in standard UK sizes and we measure each ring before posting to you.
If you do not know your ring size we strongly recommend visiting your local jeweller who will be able to measure your ring size, free of charge. This is the most accurate way to determine your ring size.

What package will my order be sent in?
All orders will be packed in a padded envelope to ensure your jewellery is not damaged.
Jewellery is neatly inserted into our retail packaging which is a plastic sleeve and includes a branded card. We will also include a copy of your invoice (unless you mark your order as a gift).
Do You Offer Postage Upgrades?
Please contact us so we can check if we have the item in stock or if we need to make it for you. If the item is in stock we will be able to add a postage upgrade for you.
