Most items can be printed on regular 32-lb. paper for color printing. Some items, like tent cards and large banners, benefit from being printed on heavier papers, such as card stock. For tent cards, there are also foldable paper varieties that keep printed ink from crackling when folded.

All designs will be best quality when printed at 100% scale on 8.5 × 11" paper. However, depending on where you are positioning your decorations, you can sometimes get away with scaling up prints that may only be seen at a farther distance. Use your judgement, and make sure to print test versions!

Your computer should have native software that will convert your downloaded .zip file into a folder containing design files. For Mac, double-click the .zip file to open with Archive Utility. For PC, right-click the .zip file and choose “Extract All” to unpack all the contents.
