The purchase was great. Only the shipping time was more than expected, also the mail got delivered to the wrong mail box but at the end we could recover the item, this was not the seller fault. The seller is great.

My name is Anna and I am from the heart of Europe! From beautiful Ukraine!
My husband Pavlo and I are the parents of a princess girl Arina.

We specialize in creation of personalized name puzzles and busy boards for babies and toddlers 1, 2 and 3 years old. Also we create educational puzzle boards for preschool children.
In our shop you can find a lot of personalized gifts for birthday, Christmas, baby shower, easter and different holidays.

We are a passionate trio driven by the love for creativity and childhood wonder. Our journey began with the idea of infusing a touch of magic into every corner of kids spaces.

Our life principles are love, freedom and a strong family, which prompted us to create custom wooden montessori kids toys, because we create all products together!

Custom and personalized orders

Do you want to add something special to your order? Sure, we can do that. Each of them can be personalized with an individual engraving, each element can be personalized colored. You can add your personal element, size, shape, color.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You can choose gift wrapping option and add some special note for the child!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 6 hours of your order according to the shipping policies. Unfortunately, after 6 hours, we cannot accept your cancellation request, as production will have started for your order.

Damage parcel

All our parcel are fully insured. Please contact us If you have any issues.

Delayed parcel

Please note that we cannot influence to the postal work. However If you have any issues with delivery, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issue.

If the parcel is returned back to the sender due to impossibility of delivery to the recipient or was unclaimed, the shipment is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

If the buyer refuses to pay for shipping and wants to cancel the order, unfortunately, a refund is not possible in this case.

Return and Exchanges

Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days. As per Etsy rules, buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and fees/taxes for the order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is accountable for any resulting loss in value.

We do not refund payment for delivery (for orders, which cost is up to $100 - $10, for orders which cost is up to $200 - $20, which cost more than $200 - $30) and 10% restocking fee. Only the cost of the product.

You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller during 1-4 business days.
