WARRLOCK is not responsible for any incomplete or wrong addresses entered, stolen, misdelivered, packages that state delivered but are not, returned, refused, or lost packages. In the rare case, if any of the above issues are present, please contact your local post office. They will provide you with the necessary steps to retrieve your package. We cannot locate or help with delivery of a package since the only information provided to us is the tracking number. The tracking number shows us the same information that is given to our customer. If there are any issues with USPS delivering your package, please contact your local post office that services your area or the USPS hotline 1-800-275-8777.

If on the extremely rare occasion, an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us and send us a photo and a description of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. The case will then be evaluated and further steps will be taken. Decision is made on an individual basis. Please be aware that we cannot accept any claims for damaged items beyond the time frame of 24 hours after you receive the merchandise.

You may opt for USPS Signature Confirmation for a small fee (provided by USPS) to ensure delivery. This method is recommended if there is a reoccurrence in your area for lost/missing packages or if you would like to just ensure delivery for an order that costs high in value. It is not necessary to add a signature confirmation, but it is highly recommended and available as an option to everyone. Please add the listing titled "USPS Signature Confirmation ~ Ensure Delivery" to your order at the time of placing it. The listing is located in my shop, under the category Shipping Add Ons. We are not responsible for missed deliveries, wrong addresses or lost packages, so a signature confirmation is recommended.

Based on the amount of orders in queue, turn around time may vary and can take 3-5 business days to ship. Orders are processed during business days only (Monday-Friday). Around the holidays, turnaround times may be longer. If you opt for Priority shipping, this does not change the processing time, it only changes the shipping time with USPS. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number which is located in your account under “purchases”. Orders are usually sent to the post office the next day after you receive a notification. For orders going to different addresses, please place them separately.

We can no longer grant cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed, it's in line for processing and cannot be canceled. Please be mindful of this before purchasing.

If you've already placed your order and decide to add more items, please just place another order since we cannot manually add items to your order on Etsy.
