5 out of 5 starsThe seller gave me the express shipping so I could get my fiancees engagement ring on time. We messaged back and forth and he said the express shipping was needed to get it on time. I forgot to chose it for shipping when I checked out so the seller actually messaged me to let me know. It was so helpful and I’m grateful for how willing he was to work with my schedule!

5 out of 5 starsThe necklace looks just like the picture and appears to be of high quality. The lack of communication wrt shipping was problematic. When I added the item to my cart it gave a delivery window, however when I placed the order the delivery window shifted out several days beyond what was originally stated. There was no communication as to status for several weeks, then I got a notice from the USPS stating delivery was attempted but failed. I was never notified the item had shipped, nor that a signature would be required. I requested USPS hold the item at the main post office and upon going to pick it up was told it was "on the truck for delivery". Eventually the post office found the item and that's on them but, alot of stress could have been avoided if I had simply been informed of delivery details upon shipment.

It was the perfect way to capture her love of bees, middle name of Rose and pink morganite in honor of an October birthday. It is a very delicate chain so keep that in mind - would need to be for someone that is gentle with their jewelry.
