📜Refund and Replacement Policy for Canvas Products📜

At W. A. Evolution, we are committed to delivering high-quality canvas prints to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, please review our detailed refund and replacement policy below:

⚠️ Refunds and Replacements
- W. A. Evolution operates with a no refund, no replacement policy for normal circumstances. Once a product is purchased, the sale is considered final.

⚠️Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products:
*** We will make exceptions and offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If the canvas arrives damaged during shipping.
- If there are printing defects or significant design errors.
- If the canvas is lost during transit.

*** To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photo evidence of the damage or defect must be submitted along with the claim.

⚠️ Mandatory Reporting Within 24 Hours
- Claims regarding damaged, defective, or misprinted canvases must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Reports made after this window will be denied.

⚠️24 hours is considered sufficient time to inspect the product and submit a report.
- Any claims beyond this period will not be accepted, as we cannot be held responsible for incidents that occur after delivery (e.g., accidental damage, mishandling, pet-related incidents, etc.).

⚠️Change of Mind, Delivery Delays, or Other Reasons
*** If a refund is requested for any reason outside of damage or defect (e.g., change of mind, delivery delays caused by the shipping company, or other non-product-related issues):
- The customer must return the canvas to us in its original condition.
- The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- A full refund will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

⚠️Final Sale Clause
- By purchasing from W. A. Evolution, you agree to the following:

⚠️All products are considered final sale once delivered and the 24-hour claim period has passed.
⚠️No refunds or replacements will be issued for any claims submitted outside the terms specified in this policy.

⚠️W. A. Evolution is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping company.
