Frequently asked questions
How long it takes for my item to be delivered?
We're shipping our items with Expedited Shipping services of the most reliable courier services worldwide, such as UPS, DHL and FedEx. The orders are produced and dispatched within 1-3 business days after the initial purchase. Shipping to Europe and Central Asia takes around 1-3 business days, whereas Americas, Australia and other parts of the world take around 3-5 business days, provided the address is correct and there's a recipient present at the time of the delivery.
We aren't responsible for delays that are caused by non-present recipient / incorrect / missing address / customs delay. For these kinds of setbacks, we do not do any refunds and must charge a reshipment fee to send the item one more time.
How can I ensure that I can receive my item on time / be present at the time of delivery ?
You can provide us a contact number along with the order so we can include it in your shipping information. This way, the couriers can contact you if you miss a delivery or to schedule a suitable date and time of delivery. They can also contact you about issues that may rarely occur at customs, making the process of customs clearance smoother. Please rest assured that we will never share any of your private information with any third party other than the courier services.
Can several prints be combined into one tube? If yes, will the shipping charges multiply?
We can combine up to 10 prints into one tube, and we only charge an additional +0.99$ for each item added as shipment charges.
Are your products enviromentally friendly?
We use water based HP Latex Inks in our prints. They offer health and environmental advantages compared to eco-solvent, solvent, or UV-curable inks, from the work zone to the point-of-display of finished prints and recycling of consumables. It contains no hazardous Air-Pollutants (Clean Air Act, per U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Method 311 (testing conducted in 2013)) and are non-flammable and non-combustable and nickel-free.
Compared to other leading inkjet ink technologies used in commercial large format print production, water-based HP Latex Inks offer a healthier solution from the print shop to the customer’s point-of-display and the recycling of consumables.
Do any of your materials produce any health hazards?
Latex inks are completely odorless compared to the spectrum of strong/mild odor emitted by other hard/eco solvent inks and UV Curables.
Every material included in the production is safe for health.
Our products do not contain any solvent materials therefore can be safely used everywhere, including children's rooms.
I have a custom image I want printed.
Got a specific image on mind? If you have it, we can print it!
If you have any high resolution image you want printed, you can go to our “Bundles“ section and add our "Print for Me" bundle to your cart after you choose the media type and size at the item‘s page. The pricing is same with the standard sizes & media types mentioned in all of our other available products. For your instructions on the print, i.e border request, color adjustment etc. you can use the Notes to Seller section in the checkout page. After checkout, you can mail the digital file to info@artyposters.com as attachment. You can also contact us by clicking the “Ask a Question“ button on the item page.
Do canvas prints come stretched on a frame? / Do you offer framing services?
We send all of our shipments in sturdy cardboard rolls, therefore we are not providing any mounting or framing services. Our customers have their canvas prints mounted at their local frame shops.
My frame opening is 24.5 x 36.5 inches, I see you’re offering a 24x36 print, can you adjust it so it can fit my pre-purchased frame?
Of course. As we are a print-on-demand shop, all of our orders are prepared from scratch and therefore adjustable before printing. For such changes in size, please pick the closest one available to your desired size and mention your size change in the „Notes to Seller“ section at the checkout page.
Do all of your posters and adhesive prints come with a white border around them? I want the border to be removed.
Indeed, all of our paper prints (poster and adhesive) come with a ~0,5 inch white border (lesser for our smaller prints such as 11x14 and 12x18 inches size) to go under the framing. You can also request the border to be removed in the „Notes to Seller“ section in the checkout page.
When it comes to our canvas prints, as they are meant to be wrapped onto a wooden frame, we leave ~2,5 inches of white space all around the canvas to act as a leverage during the mounting process. This white space is only seen from the sides of the canvas, not meant to be visible from directly up front. This also can be removed according to request.
