All our Canvas and other products are custom-made, built, being crafted, and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. These are digital designs printed on canvas and not the original hand-painted art. It is the customer's responsibility to review all details before making a purchase decision. We are committed to quality and your satisfaction is important to us! Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we strictly do not offer refunds and replacements on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed and goes in fulfillment, the item is considered sold.

If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement at our own cost.

2: Your reason for dissatisfaction
Please also include a digital photo of the delivered damaged, unsatisfactory canvas, product (as an email attachment) which clearly shows its damages and deficiencies @info@izlamicart.com
3: Once we receive the photos, we will inspect the for damages and notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.

We mail replacement at our own cost but to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us on returns, and also to stay environmentally friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us. Instead, we kindly ask you to
***Take a sharp object and make a cut through several times on the canvas, blanket, or other gift products. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratch the surface with a sharp object so that we can process the replacement, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment.

We also provide interior design services free of cost, simply email us the photos where you want these paintings to be displayed and we will display those art pieces on your walls and let you know what sizes and colors best suits your interior space. I will be very happy to personalize your orders and make special designs for you on-demand if needed.
