How do I get my digital files after purchase?
After Etsy confirms payment, open Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser and go to Purchases and reviews > Download Files. Digital downloads are not available inside the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. No physical item is shipped.
Can I resell or share the files?
Check the specific listing and included license for the use rights that apply to your purchase. A personal-use listing does not include business or commercial use. Please do not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or repackage WedgeMethod files as your own digital products. If the terms are unclear or conflict, message Jacob through Etsy before buying or using the files.
What if I have trouble accessing a file?
Message WedgeMethod through Etsy with your order number and what went wrong. I will help troubleshoot download access and replace a corrupted or missing file when appropriate. Digital items follow the shop policies shown above.
Are these physical products?
No. WedgeMethod products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical will be shipped.
How should I print my coloring pages?
Check your listing and PDF for the page size. Open the PDF in a PDF reader, preview the print area, and print one test page before printing the full book. Use Fit to printable area if your printer clips the edges. Choose paper and coloring materials that work with your printer; ink bleed and final results depend on your setup. The files do not include paper or coloring supplies.
