At this moment, our current production time is of 7- 8 weeks. Some designs may be available more quickly, so please let us know if you need something sooner.Each item is crafted from natural wood and comes with its own set of characteristics and variations in color. The specific grain pattern of wood is as individual as nature intended, and while we ensure quality, the precise pattern cannot be predetermined.

Shipping Information:
- We ship exclusively within the Contiguous U.S. (the 48 contiguous states only; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not included).
- Delivery times range from 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
- Please note, we deliver to the first floor only; delivery to additional floors is available for an additional fee.
- For buildings requiring a Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I.) or specific delivery scheduling, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss the details. Any additional costs for C.O.I. requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
-So Cal residents! Since we don’t have to ship your vanity out of state you will receive a $350 discount! We will still deliver to your home at no additional charge! Send a message for a custom invoice for a discounted price!

Order Policies:
- Cancellations and refunds are available within 5 days of placing your order.
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your order. Any issues must be reported during the delivery inspection to ensure they are promptly addressed.
-All custom orders are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces. Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns while the shipper is there.
-If, for any reason, an exception for return is granted, it will be handled at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost.
