Cancellation Policy
I do not generally accept cancellations. (For undelivered orders) If you encounter any issues, please contact me. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will charge you $30 per piece of jewelry as a handling fee. Silver jewelry
If it is a set of 2, it will be charged $30*2=60. Gold jewelry: $100 per product, if it is a set of 2, it will be charged $100*2=200.
Orders that are more than 5 days old will not be accepted for cancellation
Custom and personalized orders
Our store provides custom ring services. You can choose our products or send pictures directly to customize the ring. You can also change the main stone and side stones on the ring. If you need, please contact me. I am happy to make the wedding ring you want for you.
Our store provides engraving services. The character limit of engraving services is within 20 characters. If you would like an engraved ring, you can contact me. Customized rings are not returnable or exchangeable.
Ring Size
All rings in this store are standard US sizes. If you are from the UK, Australia, Europe or other places, you are not sure what size ring you should choose. You can contact me and I will be happy to answer you.
I can make all sizes of rings. If you need a larger or smaller size ring, you can contact me and I can make it for you.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, if there are any quality issues within 15 days, we are willing to make a new ring for you for replacement, you need to return the problematic ring to us. However, if the return is for personal reasons (the item has no quality issues), you need to pay the labor fee, restocking fee ($30 per ring) and shipping fee ($25), which will be deducted from your original payment, and other fees will be refunded after receiving the return (The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyer)
