Trim your wick! Ideally before each burning. It will guarantee a clean, even burn & will prevent the candle from smoking (the main reason for candle smoking is too long wick)

Exchanges & returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days, no problem if you have changed your mind. Drop us a message before posting to let us know you are returning your candle. Please send it back in original packing. Customer pays for return postage costs unless the candle is faulty.
