This guys were the real deal. I ordered a ring for my girlfriend to propose, and they delivered! The ring is fantastic! The girlfriend said yes! I’m glad I ordered from this shop. You’ll be in good hands. The wait time on the shipping probably the worst part, but if you plan it out in advance, the wait time is worth it. Overall, I’d recommend and buy from these guys again. 1.We do not refund the shipping cost ($15 for orders up to $300, $35 for orders over $300) and charge a 10% restocking fee. Only the product cost is refunded. Example: for a $100 ring, the refund will be $75 ($100 - $15 shipping - $10 restocking fee).

2.Items must be returned in their original box and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged, altered, or used.

3.If your package is returned due to error by the postal service, we offer reshipment or refund.
Refund = Order Cost-10% -Shipping Cost.

If the return is due to refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs fees, or failure to pick it up, we can reship for additional fee or refund.

Any change in the appearance of the ring that differs it from the main listing makes it impossible for us to accept it back (for example, if you choose different options for placing stones that are not included in the listing, or order an engraving on your ring). Please, be assured, that all our jewelry is made of the highest quality materials and with the latest technology, however, like any thing, they require careful handling.

We encourage our customers to remove the jewelry before showering, bathing, washing dishes and swimming and do not subject the jewelry to any physical impact to avoid harmful situations.

Please, note that as any jewelry it requires a bit of care and should be worn with precaution while any heavy or dirty works.

I ask you to pay special attention to silver as it is a rather soft metal and, even with a thick band, it is possible to bend it if you apply force to it, avoid wearing silver jewelry when using creams, losions and other similar products.

Warranty

We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces.
We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it ( after 14 days after receiving it will cost additional fee)
Also, you can send your jewelry to us at any time thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure it is sparkling beautifully and in top shape.
There are a few limitations to our warranty:
Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may occur.
