Frequently asked questions
Can I change my order?
We can only change the order (size, color, quantity etc) if the item has not yet gone to print. Please send your change request ASAP through Etsy messages.
Can I change my shipping address?
We can only change the address if the shipping label has not yet created.
When do I receive my order?
We take about 2-5 (in average 3) business days to create the items. Then you should add shipping times (3-5 business days) on top of that.

What if my order never arrived?
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us through Etsy messages and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
We don't refund orders due to carrier errors.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered i.e. was mislabeled.
NB! It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed, in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it with the size chart provided to ensure an accurate fit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any order-related issues need to be reported within 30 days of product delivery to be eligible for a solution.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada takes 10-30 business days (from US). Due to international shipping, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
