5 out of 5 starsI LOVE these koi. They are tricky to put together, and if you don't like finicky, fine-motor-skill crafts, this might not be the one for you. BUT, if you have a little patience, they turn out beautifully. I made 5 (3 long-finned and 2 regular), and the last one took about 1.5 hours to complete. Tip: If you have trouble with the connections coming undone, use a tiny piece of tape. You'll never see it!

The fully assembled koi sizes are as follows:
Long Fin - 20.5 inches
Short Fin - 15 inches
Care instructions
The Koi are made of sturdy cardstock, they can handle being painted with watercolor (follow my video tutorial for more info), but should not be left outside in the rain.
The LED lights should not come into contact with water.
Both Koi and LED are for indoor use only.

What is the Koi made of?
We sourced the very best paper from Italy to make our koi. Each kit is made of laser cut 285gsm metallic cardstock from Cordenons papermill in Italy. The paper is acid free and archival quality, ensuring long lasting beauty.
