5 out of 5 starsThe dress is beautiful! Way better than expected. Fair warning to larger bust individuals if you don’t like to show much this may not be for you. Chicken cutlets were a must with this dress cause bra straps will always show even with strapless with how the back is. The top is like a halter where you have to tie for lift on the top which is connected to the sleeves/cape. Overall it was such a great dress!

Custom Requests
Please communicate any custom requests at the beginning of the ordering process via message or specify them in the Personalizations section when adding the item to your cart. We can only fulfill clearly stated requests. We always strive to meet our customers’ expectations to the best of our ability!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 10 business days. (Exceptions may apply during promotional periods with specific processing times.)
If you need expedited processing, please contact us and purchase the “Rush Order” option, which guarantees processing within 5 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins immediately, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping
All packages are sent via UPS or Fedex priority mail. According to the shipping company, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days. (The exact time may vary by shipping region.)
Once we have handed over the package to the courier, delivery is their responsibility. If you experience delays or a lost package, please contact the shipping provider first.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, as these are beyond our control.

Exchanges & Returns
If the buyer and seller agree on an exchange, the buyer may choose a replacement dress of equal or higher value from the store’s selection. If a more expensive item is chosen, an extra payment will be sent to cover the price difference.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
If the dress arrives faulty and it is proved that it was our mistake, we will arrange a courier to collect it and send a replacement at our own expense. We can only process the return if the customer provides a phone number and the pickup time.

Customs and Import Taxes

Care instructions (Fabric, Color and Size)
We carefully select our fabrics; it is important to us that our products are made with OEKO-certified and natural materials and dyes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact color matches, as future orders may come from different batches, which may result in slight shade variations.
To maintain the quality of your dresses:
• Turn them inside out before washing and use cold or lukewarm water.
• Do not use bleach, dry clean, or expose them to direct heat when ironing.
• Do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Selecting the correct size is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
