I use 100% recycled paper whenever possible for my printed products and cards. My packaging is totally plastic free. -
Instead of cellophane to protect prints I use clear compostable & biodegradable wraps which are made from potato starch. -
I source all my products & packaging from the UK. -
100% of the carbon emissions generated by worldwide shipping are offset by Etsy emissions reductions projects. -
Because I rely on paper to make art & prints, I plant a tree a day through more trees.eco to stay sustainable.

Where is my order?
I ship worldwide via Royal Mail from the UK. UK orders with free shipping are sent via Second Class post so parcels usually arrive within 1-3 days of despatch. Shipping upgrades to Tracked 24 First Class are available at checkout.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking (a few exclusions apply). Usual international delivery is 1 - 3 weeks however delays can occur in transit or at customs, so it's possible to take longer for an order to reach its final destination. You should receive a tracking reference by email so you can check on your order if it seems to be slow. Otherwise do contact me if you have any reason to believe your order has gone astray!

As a US customer will I have to pay tariffs?
Please be reassured you will not have to pay tariffs. Happily books and prints are exempt from tariffs! But either way I pay the tariff processing fee and any duties upfront at shipping (Royal Mail PDDP = Postal Delivery Duties Paid) so everything is pre-paid and there are no hidden costs for the customer, what you pay at Etsy checkout is all inclusive 🥰
Where can I buy your books?
My debut book "Be Wild Be Free" by Amber Fossey, published by HarperCollins in 2020 is available at all good large, small & independent bookshops worldwide.
My limited edition books with The Pound Project (Under Orion 2021, the Very Grouchy Porcupine & Other Beasts 2023, and The Zeppelinmoon Trilogy 2024) have all sold out.

Refunds & Replacements
I always refund or replace if an item is damaged or lost in the mail (which is very rare) but unfortunately I cant refund where the customer has entered an incorrect address. I would always recommend checking your email order confirmation from Etsy in case of any errors as I am really happy to amend addresses before shipping. Thanks :)
Do you sell greetings cards?
Yes! I have an award winning greetings cards range made by Redback Cards. They are available in high street card shops in the UK and the US, and online for retail at Pynk.net and wholesale at Redbackcards.com.
Can I change the words in an artwork?
No sorry, I cant change any of the words on the prints or any of the genders of the animals as the prints are replicas of the original artwork
Can you change the animal in the print to be a picture of my breed of dog/cat/significant other?
Apologies, the animals cannot be changed :)
Do you sell digital downloads?
For protection against plagiarised artwork and quality control, I don't sell digital versions of my prints, apologies!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All prints are individually wrapped with thick board in biodegradable eco-wrap, so you can buy several as gifts in one order and they each will come individually protected :)
Also I do not add receipts to any parcels, so you can ship an order direct to your chosen recipient and they will not see any price or order details.
If you would like a gift message, just write the message in the "gift message" box at checkout & I'll pop a little note in your parcel :) x
