My order was incorrect but the shop owner promptly apologized and issued a refund. I appreciate his commitment to fair business practices.

The shirt is nice but I wasn't expecting the line 'But slavery was so long ago' on the back bottom seam area. I would have much rather had it placed on the front - - in smaller but similar font characters. I bought this men's shirt because there wasn't one for women. To the designer, if you ever include women's tees, I say consider moving the line. Some women like myself don't want the added rear end watching attention.

This picture honoring Korryn Gaines is so beautiful. I look at it every morning when I start my day and let her know we will continue to resist. She will not die in vain.

Pictures of the product showed it as a canvas-printed piece, description of materials listed only two materials: canvas and wood. When it arrived (after a total of $230 with shipping and taxes) it was just a rolled up poster and was, on top of it all, torn. The owners claim this was an oversight and that the description of materials was for a past product that is out of stock BUT they recieved similar complaints from other customers and did not correct the description. The details of the product were grossly misrepresented and the fact that they did not correct the description and pics when given the opportunity to do so points to an intentional misrepresentation of the product. I paid for what was sold as a canvas artwork and recieved a poster. How many others has this happened to?

The very positive first...extremely easy to communicate with the shop. I had some concerns (see below) and they immediately offered a full refund. When preparing to send it back, I noticed a coupon on the invoice for the next order. We compromised and they refunded me that amount. The image is pretty great so I didn't truly want to send it back. Why I considered sending it back...the description of the item doesn't explain the materials used. In the pictures, the majority appear to be canvas stretched over a frame. Instead, I received paper rolled up. They explained that it's archival quality (won't fade, etc). Even in my criticism, the shop was extremely cordial and said they'd improve the description. Overall this was a positive experience. I'd recommend the shop to others.
