Global Expres delivers to most countries worldwide. InPost serves selected countries including Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while Mondial Relay operates in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
When choosing InPost or Mondial Relay, customers must provide the pickup point / parcel locker number and their phone number.
Delivery times are shown at checkout and may be extended during holiday periods due to carrier delays.

Our jewelry is made from genuine 925 sterling silver, appreciated for its beauty and quality. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize, but gentle care keeps it shining. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals, sweat, seawater, or body oils. It’s best to take off jewelry before swimming, exercising, or cleaning. Store in a dry place, like a pouch or box. To maintain its shine, use special silver polishing cloths or cleaning solutions made for sterling silver. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help!
🔁 Who pays for return shipping? What is the correct way to return an item?
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be requested and approved by the seller in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
To qualify for a refund, your return must meet these conditions:
1. The package must (outside EU) be clearly marked as “Return” on the CN22 or CN23 customs form.
2. You must use a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us.
If the return is not declared properly or is sent without tracking, it will not be accepted or refunded.
