Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. All orders will be trackable via https://www.singpost.com/track-items
I wrote the wrong address. Can you send it again?
If the order has been sent out, the answer is: No.
Unfortunately the shop is not liable to a customer's mistake. You can however re-order and check that you have written your address carefully before confirming your order.
Also please note that stock is limited. If the order sent out to your wrong address happens to be the last piece, unfortunately you cannot order it again as I simply do not have the stock any more. You would have to wait for the item to be restocked, or if the item is discontinued then sadly, there will be no future restock.
If the order has NOT been sent out, then please contact me by message to let me know what is your order number and what is the correct address.
I haven't received my order. Can you send it again?
Yes however, only if you are eligible for redelivery and you will have to pay for the shipping again. To be eligible:
Firstly, you have to wait at least 2 months from the date your order was dispatched for delivery (note: NOT your date of purchase). Shipping time may vary up to 2 months due to various factors. You will need to wait 2 months and if the item still has not arrived, then you may continue the next step.
Second, inform me regarding your order. Provide your Order Number. I will contact Singpost, the shipping service used by this shop. Singpost must confirm that your item is lost for your order to be eligible for redelivery. Take note stock is limited and may not be available.
Someone I know is sick and they loves your art. Can you send gifts?
No. There is no way for me to verify if your story is true, or whether or not you are a scam. If that person is sick, I hope they get well soon. If you would like to gift them something from this shop, you are more than welcome to purchase the item and send it to them as a gift.
I live in US. Why does my tracking only say "Arrived in US " ?
This shop uses services by Singpost and their US partner to continue US domestic deliveries uses USPS. As of 2015, USPS has refused to provide tracking capabilities upon the order reaching US territory.
If you'd like to get an update about your order, the only thing I can do is send an inquiry to Singpost so Singpost can send an inquiry to USPS. Unfortunately I cannot directly contact USPS.
Once Singpost sends an inquiry to USPS, kindly note that different Postal Administrations have varying degree of service response,
the Universal Postal Regulation allows countries up to 2 months to reply to any inquiry.
From my experience, USPS typically replies near the end of the 2 months wait period.
Why does shipping take so long?
I don't control the shipping speed. I use services by Singpost. There are many factors that affect shipping time, including but not limited to: length of time it is held at customs, transit time, shipping services not working because of strike / weather condition / public holidays affecting working hours.
Please wait patiently or use the tracking number provided to track your order.
If you want to pay for fast shipping, a courier service such as DHL will be used. These courier service may cost from $60. The customer will have to pay the entirety of the courier service cost. The shop is not liable to pay for any of the shipping or postage fees.
My order arrived damaged. Can I get a new one?
It depends on the type of damage. If the damage is caused by manufacturing defect, then yes, a new one will be delivered to you. Take note that buyers must pay for the postage and shipping cost (E.g. damage by manufacturing defect: missing or wrong colour on pins, loose butterfly clutch backing, etc )
If the damage is caused by reckless handling by shipping services, the shop is not liable to exchange for a new one. However you can inform the shop so you can re-purchase it at half price (E.g. damage by reckless handling: items are flattened, big cracks on items, bent prints, etc)
Please provide photographic proof of damage.
