Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to receive an international order?

For orders placed outside of the US, shipping may take up to 2-5 weeks. As stated in the shop policies, I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. VAT is collected at checkout for EU buyers.

An item I want is sold out, when will it be restocked?

Please contact me for any restock requests! Depending on the demand of some items, they may or may not be restocked at all. Restocks may take anywhere from 1-2 months to be restocked due to production time.

When will I receive my preorder item?

For all items labeled as PREORDER, they are currently in the production process, and will be shipped out once they arrive to me. I include all details about the timeframe in which the preorder will arrive and be shipped out in the item details. During the preorder timeframe I will send you messages to keep you updated on the status of the preorders.
