Regarding the new EU VAT Tax regulation, Etsy will collect the import VAT automatically on any orders it applies to. We are not responsible for any taxes & fees once the order is dispatched.
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations. All products are checked carefully before dispatch. Also, we do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders.

3 out of 5 starsOnly had the sticker on my water bottle for a month and edges ate already peeling. I only hand wash my bottle and when I do I barely scrub the surface at all and this sticker is peeling off already. Such a shame as it’s a really cute design
