Are Items Packaged Discreetly?
Absolutely! All of our items will be packaged in plain white, or brown boxes, labled from A.N.T. LLC. However, inside the box is when the fun starts!
How Fast Do You Ship?
For items that are currently in stock (not custom), we will ship same or next day after you order! However, when we start opening for customs, it may take1-2 weeks of processing time to get your custom made before shipment.
Do You Sanitize Before Shipping?
Absolutely! All toys are boiled in soapy water, then thoroughly hand washed, then boiled again in soapy water. However, we still recommend to give it one more boil in soapy water, or, another thorough hand washing. We use Dawn dish soap, and recommend you use that as well.
Do You Offer Custom Colored / Firmness Toys?
Yes! Check the "Custom Toys" tab for our custom toy slot availability. Also if you're interested in a custom, don't forget to also check out the "Custom Toy Add-Ons" tab for additional options we may have for your custom ordered toy.
Who Will You Ship With?
We will only ship with USPS with domestic orders. However, for international orders, we will ship with either USPS, or Global Post. We WILL NOT ship with FedEx or other carriers outside of USPS/Global Post International.
What is an "Attachment Hole"
Attachment holes are holes places in the base of the toy, designed to allow the toy to be used with vac-u-lock style adapters. These are not offered in Small or Medium sizes and start in Large and bigger. If you see a listing that is Small or Medium but it says it has an attachment hole, please reach out to let us know. Not all Large and bigger listings have Attachment Holes, please confirm in the listing details that it does before ordering.
The Custom Pour Style I Want is not Listed?
Unfortunately, if the pour style you're looking for is not currently listed, that means we currently do not offer that pour style. Though, if you have any questions about them, please don't hesitate to reach out as it may be something we will offer in the future.
