Ons verhaal
Alle sieraden zijn gemaakt door Michelle Pownell voor allure style. Wij zijn gevestigd in Bellbowrie in de westelijke buitenwijken van Brisbane QLD.
Omdat mijn gestempelde sieraden met de hand worden gemaakt, kunnen geen twee stukken ooit identiek zijn. Ze hebben allemaal hun eigen persoonlijkheid, wat ze speciaal maakt. Ik kan nooit een perfecte uitlijning van de letters garanderen, maar ik zou nooit iets opsturen dat ik niet zelf zou dragen of aan mijn geliefden zou geven. U koopt een handgemaakt stuk, dus onthoud dit alstublieft.
Elk metalen gestempeld stuk van Allure Style is uniek, omdat ze individueel met de hand worden gestempeld en aangepast aan uw wensen.
Houd er rekening mee dat sommige stenen/kristallen natuurlijke stukken zijn, dus u kunt kleine verschillen of oneffenheden in de stenen aantreffen, omdat deze van nature in de steen voorkomen. Deze dragen bij aan de individuele stijl van het stuk.
Veel van de stukken zijn unieke creaties en worden nergens anders verkocht.
Restituties zijn alleen beschikbaar voor beschadigde of defecte stukken. U moet de
beschadigd of defect artikel binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst voor een terugbetaling van de kosten van het artikel
alleen.

* Waarom roestvrij staal?
Bij allure style zijn we dol op onze roestvrijstalen hangers. U vraagt zich misschien af waarom we vaker roestvrij staal gebruiken dan zilver, dus hier zijn een paar redenen:
Helaas verkleurt en oxideert zilver na verloop van tijd, en bij sommige mensen kunnen de oliën in hun huid ervoor zorgen dat deze verkleuring vrij snel optreedt. Omdat zilver een relatief zacht metaal is, kan het gevoelig zijn voor slijtage, zoals krassen of deuken. Als u op zoek bent naar een alternatief voor zilver, is roestvrij staal een goede keuze.
Het roestvrij staal dat in sieraden wordt gebruikt, oxideert of verkleurt niet en is veel beter bestand tegen slijtage. Om uw roestvrij staal schoon te maken, hoeft u het alleen maar te polijsten met een microvezeldoek.
* Hoe plaats ik een bestelling?
Blader door onze online winkel, selecteer het artikel dat u wilt hebben en als het een handgestempeld artikel betreft, kiest u het lettertype en de tekst die u wilt laten stempelen.
Zorg ervoor dat de juiste namen of berichten die u wilt laten stempelen correct in dit gedeelte worden ingevoerd, aangezien dit is wat we op uw met de hand gestempelde stuk zullen stempelen. Als u de te stempelen tekst verkeerd hebt ingevoerd en het stuk opnieuw wilt laten stempelen, brengt dit extra kosten met zich mee.
De standaard levertijd voor alle handgestempelde stukken is 1-2 weken vanaf het moment van bestellen tot het moment dat u het per post zou moeten ontvangen. Deze levertijd kan iets langer zijn tijdens drukke periodes (bijv. voor Kerstmis, Moederdag etc.).
* Verzending
Alle gepersonaliseerde handgestempelde stukken worden binnen ongeveer 1-2 weken gemaakt en naar u verzonden. Verzending binnen Australië is per aangetekende post via Australia Post en kan ongeveer 3-6 werkdagen duren, met name tijdens de kerstperiode. U ontvangt een melding zodra de bestelling is verzonden, samen met uw trackingnummer.
Voor internationale verzendingen geldt een levertijd van minimaal 10 werkdagen of langer tijdens piekperiodes voor de levering van uw bestelling.
Als uw bestelling dringend is, stuur ons dan een e-mail naar michelle [!at] allurestyle.com.au met uw bestelgegevens. Wij zullen dan waar mogelijk aan uw verzoek voldoen.
Alle artikelen worden via Australia Post verzonden in een gewatteerde envelop of klein doosje om schade tijdens het transport te voorkomen.
Retourneren en restituties

We specialise in handstamped stainless steel jewellery, as well as handcrafted beaded jewellery.
Our Story
All pieces of jewellery are made by Michelle Pownell for allure style. We are based in Bellbowrie in the western suburbs of Brisbane QLD.
As my stamped jewellery is done by hand, no two pieces can ever be identical. They all have personalities of their own, making them special. I can never guarantee a perfect alignment of the letters, but I would never send out something that I would not wear myself or give to my loved ones. You are buying a handmade piece, so please remember this.
Every metal stamped piece by allure style is unique as they are individually hand stamped and customised to your requirements.
Please note that as some of the stones/crystals are natural pieces, you may find slight differences or blemishes in them as these occur naturally in the stone. These add to the individual style of the piece.
Many of the pieces are one-off creations, and are not sold anywhere else.
Refunds are available on damaged or faulty pieces only. You will need to return the
damaged or faulty item within 14 days of receipt for a refund on the cost of item
only.

* Why Stainless Steel?
At allure style we love our stainless steel pendants. You may wonder why we use stainless steel more often than silver, so here's a few reasons:
Unfortunately, silver does tarnish and oxidize over time, and for some people the oils in their skin can make this discolouration occur quite quickly. Because silver is a relatively soft metal, it may be susceptible to wear such as scratches or dents. If you are looking for an alternative to silver, stainless steel is a great choice.
The stainless steel used in jewellery does not oxidize or tarnish and it holds up to wear much better. To clean your stainless steel, it's as easy as polishing it with a microfibre cloth.
* How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, select your preferred item, and if it's a handstamped piece then choose your font style and text that you would like stamped.
Please ensure that the correct names or message that you would like stamped is entered into this section correctly as this is what we will be stamping on your handstamped piece. If you have entered the text to be stamped incorrectly and would like the piece to be re-stamped, this will be an additional cost to you.
The standard lead time for all handstamped pieces is 1-2 weeks from the time of ordering to when you should receive it in the post. This timeframe can be slightly longer during busy periods (eg. pre-Christmas, Mother's Day etc).
* Shipping
All personalised handstamped pieces will be created and posted to you within approx 1-2 weeks. Postage within Australia is by registered post via Australia Post and can take approx 3-6 business days, particularly during the Christmas period. You'll receive notification once the order has been posted, along with your tracking number.
For international shipping, please allow a minimum of 10+ business days or longer during peak times, for the delivery of your order.
If your order is urgent, then please send us an email to michelle [!at] allurestyle.com.au with your order details and we will accommodate your request where possible.
All pieces are posted via Australia Post, in a padded envelope or small box to help prevent any damage during transit.
