1 out of 5 starsINTERNATIONAL BUYERS DO NOT BUY HERE. I paid 25,30 Euros for the dress plus 11,81 shipping, that makes a total of 37,11 Euros. But this seller marked the package as a higher value (50 dollars) and due to this nonsense I had to pay customs taxes. If the parcel would be marked with the real value I paid for, I would not have paid taxes. Thank you seller for making me pay extra money for marking the parcel with a fake higher value. Moreover the tag of the dress is ripped off. It looks like a muslim dress. I will never buy here again.

5 out of 5 starsTook over a week to send, so contact seller if you're in a hurry. This didn't bother me, as I'm very patient ❤️ Packaged very carefully, and I'm amazed at the mint condition. Fits perfectly, and no flaws whatsoever. Seller was kind enough to reserve this item for some time too. Very kind. Thank you!!!

1 out of 5 starsThis item was listed as a vintage 50s or 60s item, as i received this item it was very obvious that it was 80s does 50s. Tried contacting the seller and even when the exrra mile to prove that such item was not of said era and seller kept telling me that i was wrong and refused to give me a full refund. I offered to ship the item back once full refund was given back to me and all i got from seller was this... "i'm sorry, but I can not give you a full refund as I do not agree the item was grossly misrepresented. You can ship the item back if you wish and make a complaint if you feel that is fair. I am sorry you had a poor experience with us. Take care. -Ollie" refused a refund but was ok with item being shipped back to her? I dont think so, prev conversation she only offered to refund $25 of the $65 that was paid for the item...

At Aly and Ollie Vintage, we take the time to provide as much information and details as possible, to the best of our ability when describing each item. It is true that we normally do not take returns, and we state that in our shop policy. We will only take a return of an item when we feel that it has been grossly missrepresented. We do not feel that has happened in this case. The measurements, which make up the bulk of this complaint, were accurate in the description and made clear. We also pride ourselves on communication, so we addressed each one of the Buyer's issues over multiple emails exchanges, with very quick response time. Despite multiple offers on our part, there could not be compromise. We will continue to strive to make better experiences for customers in the future. - Aly and Ollie Vintage
