I started lino printing in search of a new hobby and quickly fell in love with the medium. As I looked for design inspiration, I discovered a renewed appreciation for my culture. Many of my prints are inspired by Persian and Middle Eastern art, capturing the warmth, familiarity, and nostalgia of home.
When revisiting old photographs from my childhood, I often notice patterns and motifs that bring back memories of specific places. Through these designs, I hold onto the spaces I grew up in, transforming personal nostalgia into a visual language that can be shared with others.
