4 out of 5 starsLoved the first curtain I got. Mis-measured and decided to go with two. Ordered the second and the measurements and gray colors were vastly different so I wasn’t able to use either like I’d hoped. Mainly my fault I suppose but assumed the curtains would be standard. Wish they would have helped me sort that out a little better and gotten me a second matching one. Instead I’m left trying to go through the hassle of returning them of just bite the bullet on very expensive curtains I won’t be using

Since each panel is custom-made by hand, ordering separately leads to natural variations in fabric batches (dye-lots) and alignment. To guarantee identical pairs, panels need to be tailored together. Because all of our items are custom handcrafted to order, separate orders placed at different times can unfortunately have fabric dye-lot variations and slight proportion differences. Sizing details
For width: We recommend ordering a curtain width that is 1.5x to 2x times the width of your window/rod for a fuller look. For length: Measure from the top of your curtain rod down to where you want the curtain to end (floor or sill). Please note that our length includes the heading.
Custom and personalized orders
Absolutely! We are a custom atelier. If you don't see your dimensions in the drop-down menu, simply send us a message with your Width and Length. We will create a custom listing for you immediately.
Care instructions
Yes, you can wash them! We recommend machine washing at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle/delicate cycle. Please do not use strong chemical detergents, bleach, or optical brighteners, as they may damage the natural texture and colors. For best results, hang them while damp to minimize creasing.
What is the processing and shipping time?
Since every curtain is handmade to order, we need 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, we use Express Shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL), which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the USA and Europe.
Can I order fabric swatches/samples?
Yes! We know seeing and touching the fabric is important. Check our "Samples" section to order a swatch kit of our fabrics before committing to a full set.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we certainly do! Our strong and experienced atelier team is fully equipped to handle large-scale orders for interior designers, hotels, and boutiques. Since we maintain our high-quality handmade standards, wholesale orders are subject to a specific production lead time based on quantity.
