A Hobby with a Passion Was Born
In December of 2012, my husband and I were blessed with our son, Camden. I had wanted a child for quite some time, and when he finally arrived, I wanted to do anything and everything for him. The first project I tackled was a beautiful puff quilt. I got so much enjoyment out of making it for him that I wanted to make another one right away!...and another!...and another!...and so The Plush Pineapple was born. Since then, I have enjoyed making everything for him from bow ties to crochet beanies. We have also been blessed with a little girl whom I also make adorable hats, pillows, and accessories for. I have since made each of my children a twin-sized comforter for their beds. I made my son a crocheted monkey for his second birthday and my daughter a crocheted kitty for her second birthday. I continue to enjoy decorating their rooms with custom-made items specially from Mommy. Opening an Etsy shop was a way for me to spread the love to others who may not be able to handcraft such items for their children.
