Mother daughter team working together while miles apart!
Lisa and her daughter Jessica are from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Lisa and Jessica have always loved to create! From making sweets at local farmers' markets to hand-quilting blankets for their families. They have always been creators! Jessica and her brother John grew up with handmade, beautifully crafted, and unique Halloween Costumes, thanks to their mother Lisa, who was always able to make something from nothing! Countless days and nights, Lisa's children can remember playing at their mother's feet under a quilt frame built by their daddy, while listening to gentle whispers from above the frame, from their mother and precious mamaw quilting away! Lisa passed that creativity onto her children. Today, even though mother, daughter, and son are spread out all over the United States, they use the creativity that Lisa passed on to them in their childhood to work together and create one-of-a-kind pieces for all of you to enjoy! And in the same fashion, Lisa created costumes and quilts for her children by using what she had on hand, they only use vintage and upcycled fabrics to create your pieces! Making each piece one-of-a-kind!
