Why no returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 I have no way of ensuring that a returned item is safe to resell. However, if there is legitimately a problem with the item such as damage, etc, please contact me and we'll work it out!
Care instructions
The handwoven items should be gently handwashed and laid out to dry. Use a little normal laundry detergent and cold water, be careful not to scrub or agitate the fabric to avoid pilling and fiber breakdown.
Once the soap is rinsed out, don't wring or twist teh fabric. I roll up my scarves between a couple bath towels and press out the excess moisture before laying flat to dry.
