5 out of 5 starsI never received my item!!! I waited over three months for a Christmas gift that never arrived so now I owe my son a gift!!!! No one helped me I reached out to the seller and they told me that it was going to be delivered this Monday but due to Presidents’ Day I didn’t receive an updated tracking on the item to wait for Tuesday here we are on Tuesday and the tracker still states that the item Was still in Farmington Mi I tried to avoid opening a case as to not delay the item any further and so I reset my phone to ho back into the Etsy app to check the tracking to see if it was updated and I just now receive a message from the vendor stating the refunded my money back unfucking believable!!! I don’t suggest that anyone purchase anything via Etsy I’m a very infuriated customer right now
