Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days from date of purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the return brings your total under the $35 minimum, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
