5 out of 5 starsI love our rug. It's as advertised but it's even more beautiful in person, the colors are not uniform but rather a multitude of shades of the color. The shipping took about 2 months but it was worth the wait. It is custom made. The seller kept me informed at several points after placing the order. It is thick and sumptuous. We have a house with concrete floors so it feels wonderfully cozy. The photo doesn't do it justice.

5 out of 5 starsLove my new rug! Exactly as pictured. Dispatch took a little longer than initially indicated, but communication with the seller was great and can’t fault the time since it is a custom rug after all. Delivery was super quick though. It is still shedding quite a bit after a couple weeks and despite brushing it, but it’s to be expected with real wool rugs. Bonus points, since it’s dog approved as well. 😊

5 out of 5 starsThe rug is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like in the pictures. We are very happy with it. And it is so soft! German customs clearance was very slow, but that is not the sellers fault. Communication with the shop was always very friendly, fast and efficient. I would definitely buy another rug with them, and perhaps might do so soon! ;)

5 out of 5 starsThis rug is very beautiful and hand made to my specifications. It's very thick and luxurious underfoot. I'm extremely pleased with it. However it did take a *very* long time to be made and sent. I had prompt responses from the seller when I asked about progress, but it still took at least a month longer than advertised.
