Harrison Hollow Designs becomes official
Up until recently, my creative endeavors have been part-time. I worked a 9 to 5 job for all of my adult life but when the opportunity to retire early presented itself, I jumped on it.
My focus now is to grow my business, both online and locally, learn new techniques to incorporate into my scope of work and generally enjoy "retirement". I'm working more now than I ever did while in the corporate world but I'm loving what I'm doing and doing it on my own hours. I'm a night owl so you're likely to find me in my studio until 2 or 3 in the morning.
While I have quite a variety of items in my shop, I'm leaning more and more toward custom mosaics made with polymer clay and wood and embellished with a wide range of mediums. These give me the opportunity to incorporate some unique designs and meaningful phrases that speak to both the artist and the caring person that I strive to be. It also gives me the opportunity to customize pieces for my customers which makes the piece even more special.
I don't know what's down the road for Harrison Hollow Designs, but I know that I will continue to create as long as the Lord provides the vision and the ability to make my art.
