READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: Please read product descriptions FULLY before purchasing, as DIGITAL/PRINTABLE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Each item is explained in detail. Etsy makes it hard to see the product description, so you need to do a little digging.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS: Please take note of digital downloads (Marked as DIGITAL or PRINTABLE files). No refunds are accepted on digital orders due to the nature of this type of product. Additionally, please note that once instant downloads have been purchased, no changes can be made to those items.

PNGs for CRUCUT: Please take note of digital items marked as PNGs. These are NOT to print and cut with your scissors. These are PNG files for you to upload to your Cricut, or another cutting machine to create the product yourself. Often times I have a comparable product that will allow you print and cut in my shop.

CUSTOM DIGITAL ITEMS: You will get a maximum of 2 edits for a poster, invitation, or another custom digital item, during the design process. If you want more than two edits, you will need to buy the item again. I save your custom digital files for 48 hours after you approve your item. After this time, if you want additional edits, you will have to purchase the item again. (I.e. “looks great, thanks.” Is an approval”) Therefore, please review you’re items carefully before approving.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you have a custom order, please message me. All custom orders must be paid for before a draft is made for you to review. All custom digital orders are ready within 24-48 hours. I try to do it much sooner. If it's a print and ship custom party, you can expect a 1 -2 week preparation time.

IMAGE SIZING: Digital prints are created at 300 DPI at the size mentioned in each listing. Please note, that does not mean you can blow it up to any size. If you want me to adjust a size for you, I can create a custom listing for you.

HOURS: In general, I work standard business hours, so you can expect any custom items to be delivered the following Monday after purchasing over a weekend.
