Customs duties
As a general rule, my customers do not pay customs duties, as the value of their orders typically falls below the duty-free thresholds set by their respective countries. These thresholds are currently 10,000 yen for Japan and 1,000 AUD for Australia. For exchanges between countries within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
In addition, collectible or vintage items—such as dated postcards and documents—are often exempt from duties even beyond these thresholds, depending on how they are classified.
Please check with your local customs authority to confirm the regulations that apply to your specific situation.
Custom and personalized orders
I'm always happy to receive custom requests. Not everything I have is listed in this shop—I still have several boxes full of varied vintage items, including documents, postcards, letters, and other papers.

Shipping Policy
All items are shipped from France by standard international mail.
Paper items are carefully protected and shipped together whenever possible, in a single envelope adapted to the documents.
When multiple paper items are purchased in the same order, they are usually sent together, and shipping costs do not increase accordingly.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the type of document and the level of protective packaging required to ensure safe delivery.
